# About Thijs Kleijn

I build AI operating systems for training businesses: trainers, coaches and training firms, whether they work alone or lead a small team.

## What I do

An AI operating system is one place where your business is written down, in a form an AI can actually use: what you offer, who you serve, how you talk and how you work. On top of that foundation sit capabilities that do the repeating work of a training business, such as follow-ups with past clients, proposals in your format, course material in your style and a morning brief of what needs you today.

I build it with you on your real work, run it for you in small tested steps, and it lives in your own accounts. You judge the results. You never have to operate it.

## How I got here

I learned this work by building it, not by reading about it. The AI systems I build run every day for real teams, including inside a technology company that is one of the businesses I do this for.

Education is the field I keep coming back to. Before any of this was a business, I ran a personalised upskilling programme for students using AI, covering both the soft skills and the hard skills they wanted to learn. That work gave me more energy than anything else I had done, and it is why I build for training businesses now.

## Why training businesses

AI makes it easy to skip the thinking, the explaining and the speaking that make people sharp. Training businesses are the ones working against that. The systems I build take the admin off their plate, so their hours go back to the training itself.

And one promise: I don’t hand over a login and walk away. As AI keeps moving, keeping your system ahead of it stays my job.

## Where I work

I am an independent consultant registered in the Netherlands. I work remotely with clients worldwide, in English, and in Dutch for Dutch clients.
